Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the item you wish to return and submit a formal request within 15 days of delivery.

  Quality Check & Documentation

  Ensure the jewellery is in its original, unworn condition with all security tags, certificates of authenticity, and the original invoice intact for verification.

  Secure Packaging & Pickup

  Place the item back in its original branded box and seal it in a tamper-proof courier bag; we will arrange a complimentary, insured pickup from your registered address.

• 4.
  Refund or Exchange Processing

  Once our gemologists verify the item's condition at our facility, your refund will be credited to your original payment method or your exchange piece will be dispatched within 7-10 business days.
